Ben is an associate in the firm’s real estate taxation and real estate practices.
Ben represents and advises renowned real estate contractors in the Israeli market. In this capacity, Ben advises and represents clients on the broad range of legal and taxation matters that arise from the nature of urban renewal projects (vacate & build and NOP 38), as well as in combination transactions, and typically represents and advises his clients in their dealings and proceedings vis-à-vis the different government and local authorities, including the tax authorities and before all court instances.
Ben represents and advises contractors, real estate project initiators, companies and individuals through the various transactions and projects’ stages, on both their commercial, legal and taxation aspects.
- Ben joined our firm as a legal intern, and upon completing his internship was invited to continue as an associate attorney in the firm from 2021.
