Israel is a partner in the firm in the firm’s real estate taxation and real estate practices.
Israel’s expertise is in representing and advising real estate project initiators and landowners in urban renewal projects (vacate & build and NOP 38), as well as in combination transactions, covering all the taxation aspects of these transactions and projects.
In addition to his professional experience, Israel served as Assistant to the military prosecutor at the Military Advocate General Office, as Military Prosecutor in the Military Appellate Court and Special Military Court in complex criminal cases. Furthermore, Israel served as advisor to the Operational Command of the IDF’s General Staff HQ.
Currently, Israel is a Maj. in reserves, assigned to the Military Prosecution’s Office.
