Omer Druker

Omer is an associate in the firm’s international, corporate, and hi-tech taxation practices. 

Omer is well versed in representing an array of corporations and associations (including non-profits) and advising them on the Israeli and international taxation aspects of their local and global activities, assisting them with tax planning of complex transactions and business ventures.

Omer represents and advises clients in their dealings with the different departments within the tax authority, including in tax assessment processes, obtaining pre-rulings, as well as providing them with in-depth researched opinions on complex income tax issues and representing them before the various court instances on intricate and complicated tax matters.

Omer further represents and advises his clients in an array of commercial and capital raising transactions, advising them, amongst others on corporate structures and taxation aspects of these transactions, including, in local and international commercial and corporate transactions.
