Sapir is an associate in the firm’s real estate taxation and real estate practices. 

Sapir represents and advises the firm’s clients in a diverse range of real estate transactions including urban renewal, first- and second-hand real estate property sale and purchase transactions, from the early negotiations stage through to the conclusion of the transaction and recording of rights with the Land Registration Office. 

Sapir represents and advises real estate project initiators, contractors, and individuals through the various transactions and projects’ stages, on both their commercial, legal and taxation aspects.

Sapir further advises and represents her clients in their dealings and proceedings vis-à-vis the various governmental and municipal authorities, including, the Land Registration Office, the Israel Land Authority, Land Supervisor of Condominiums, real estate taxation department, tax authority and more.
