Arie is a partner at the firm.
In addition to being a qualified attorney, Arie is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
He advises and represents the firm’s clients in their ongoing interactions with various departments and divisions of the Israeli Tax Authority. His work includes complex tax planning, the establishment of trusts, voluntary disclosure procedures, handling tax assessments, obtaining pre-rulings, filing appeals, and more.
Arie also advises and represents clients in related matters involving banks, financial institutions, and other professional service providers.
He further represents clients in tax-related legal proceedings before all levels of Israeli courts
- Arie joined our firm as a legal intern, and upon completing his internship was invited to continue as an associate attorney in the firm from 2024.
- Between 2012-2022 Arie held various positions in the Tax Authority, where he served, amongst others, as Professional Advisor to the Senior Deputy Audit and Tax Assessor, and Senior Corporate Supervisor.
- Amongst the various roles he held with the Tax Authority, Arie was a management member and lecturer in the Supervisors’ Training Course for Income Tax, Value Added Tax and Real Estate Taxation, he coordinated the professional committees appointed by the Tax Authority’s General Director, partook in the drafting of official and professional tax circulars, and led legislative taxation initiatives.
